Guitars unchained
Guitars unchained is a composition partly using sound material from an earlier piece for guitar and computer called ”Substring bridge” written for the swedish guitar virtuoso Mats Bergström 1999. The idea of this piece as with several others in my series of ”unplayable music”, all sounding material is used on the acoustic world of (in this case) the guitar. Sometimes close to the more or less normal playing techniques of the instrument, the structure of the compositions allows for impossible ways of using the guitar.
